ZS Series Round Vibration Sifter
INTRODUCTION
ZS round vibration sifter is composed by hopper, vibration chamber, coupling and motor. Vibration chamber has eccentric wheel, soft rubber parts, principle axis and bearings. The adjustable eccentric weight, driven by motor, could be sent to the central line of main shaft. Under the unstable state, centrifugal force could be produced so as to change the material intensity and to form orbit vortex in the sifter. The vibration amplitude could be adjusted in accordance with different materials and sieves. It is well used in sifting in industries like pharmacy, food, chemicals, metallurgy, and electronics.
