INTRODUCTION
FS quadrate vibration sifter is constituted by sieve and screen box equipped in discharge and feed holes, vibration source and vibration dampers. There are 4 to 6 vibration dampers made by soft rubber which connects the chassis and the screen box. Centrifugal force could be made when the machine is started. Eccentric block and vibration damper are respectively responsible for the amplitude so as to acquire the best working performance, which means that materials could experience a filtering process of vibration and comparative loosening. It is well used in sifting in industries like pharmacy, food, chemicals, metallurgy, and electronics.
